Psychotherapy offers a range of additional therapies that can be used to complement traditional talk therapy. These include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialect behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. Each of these therapies has its own unique approach and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the individual.

Unfortunately in today’s medical world, there often isn’t time to address the social and mental effects of living with a chronic illness or disability every day. This is how Integral Therapy was founded.  Integral therapy offers these behavioral medicine therapies to treat your illness symptoms, either to complement your medical treatment or fill in where medical treatments are lacking. Having suffered with a chronic  illness for over 12 years I have been there too, and therefore, I can give you a unique prespective and help you to achieve healing and wellness

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy is a type of mental health treatment where a person one-on-one with a licensed therapist to discuss their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The therapist helps the individual identify and work through challenges, develop coping skills, and improve their overall well-being. type of therapy can be helpful for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

FAMILY THERAPY

Family therapy is a type of counseling that helps family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. It can be useful for families experiencing a wide range of issues, such as marital problems, parent-child conflicts, and mental health conditions. During therapy sessions, family members work together with a therapist to identify and address the underlying issues that are causing tension and stress within the family unit.

EDUCATION CONSULTATION

Education consultation in therapy involves working with individuals, families, and schools to address academic and behavioral concerns. This type of consultation can help identify learning difficulties, develop strategies to improve academic performance, and promote positive behavior in the classroom. Through collaboration and communication, education consultation in therapy can lead to improved outcomes for students and families.

GROUP THERAPY

Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy where a small group of people meet regularly to discuss their problems and experiences with the guidance of a trained therapist. It provides a and safe environment for individuals to share their thoughts and feelings, and learn from others who may be going through similar challenges. Group therapy can be effective for a wide range of mental health issues, including, anxiety, addiction and trauma.
